Berakhah Ocean Adventures — Tonga
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been received or a cash booking has been acknowledged by our team. A confirmation email containing your booking reference will be sent upon successful booking.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$). Payment can be made via credit card (Stripe) or cash on the day. For card payments, the amount charged at booking depends on the payment terms shown at checkout (full payment or deposit, where applicable). Cash payments are due at the dock before boarding.
3. Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable. To request a cancellation, please contact us directly with your booking reference — see our Help Centre for details.
4. Modifications
Date changes and guest count modifications may be made up to 48 hours before the tour, subject to availability. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Weather & Safety
Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to adverse weather or sea conditions. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. The decision of the captain and crew regarding safety is final.
6. Health & Fitness
Participants must be comfortable swimming in open ocean. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions should consult their doctor before booking. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
7. Marine Life Encounters
While we do everything we can to give you an incredible whale encounter on every trip, these are wild animals in their natural habitat and sightings cannot be guaranteed. That said, Tonga's whale season offers some of the highest encounter rates in the world — chances are very much in your favour!
8. Liability
Berakhah Ocean Adventures takes every reasonable precaution for guest safety. Participants join tours at their own risk and we strongly recommend travel insurance that covers water-based activities — it's a smart move for any ocean adventure.
9. Promo Codes
Promotional codes are subject to their individual terms, including expiry dates and usage limits. Only one promo code may be used per booking. Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for the purpose of managing your tour experience. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
