🐋 How to Book a Tour

Booking your whale swim adventure is quick and easy — just four simple steps and you'll be on your way to one of the most unforgettable experiences on Earth. The whole process takes about 2–3 minutes.

Step 1 — Choose Your Package

1. Visit the Tour Packages page (the homepage).
2. Browse the available packages. Each card shows the experience name, what's included, price per adult, and duration.
3. Look for any badges (e.g., "Popular" or "Best Value") — these highlight our most-loved experiences.
4. Click "Book Now" on the experience that excites you, or select it and press Continue.

Step 2 — Pick a Date

1. You'll see a calendar of available dates for your chosen package.
2. Each date shows how many spots remaining — our groups are kept small for a more intimate encounter with the whales.
3. If a date has a start time, it will be displayed alongside the date.
4. Select your preferred date and click Continue.

Step 3 — Tell Us About Your Group

1. Enter your full name, email address, and phone number.
2. Select the number of adults and children in your group using the quantity fields next to each price tier.
3. Optionally add any special requests (dietary needs, accessibility, anything that will help us make your day perfect).
4. Click Continue.

Account Options During Booking

If you're not signed in, Step 3 lets you continue as a guest while still offering a sign-in link to pre-fill your details.

After the booking is confirmed, you can create an account directly from the confirmation page to save your details and manage future trips more easily.

Step 4 — Review & Pay

1. Review your booking summary — experience, date, guest count, and pricing breakdown.
2. If you have a promo code, enter it in the promo field and click Apply. The discount will be shown immediately.
3. Choose your payment method:
   • Pay Online (Stripe) — Secure card payment. You'll be redirected to Stripe's checkout page.
   • Pay on Day (Cash) — Reserve your spot now, pay at the dock before boarding.
4. Accept the Terms & Conditions and click Confirm Booking.

After Booking

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll see a Confirmation Page with:

• Your unique booking reference (e.g., BK-ABC12345)
• A guest roster where you can review and complete names for everyone in your group
• Options to download a PDF receipt, add to Google Calendar, or download an iCal file so you never forget

You'll also receive a confirmation email packed with everything you need — what to bring, how to prepare, and links to manage your booking.

🔍 Find My Booking

Can't find your confirmation email? No worries — you can look up your booking anytime.

1. Go to Find My Booking (also in the header menu).
2. Enter your booking reference (e.g., BK-ABC12345) or the email address you used when booking.
3. Click Search.
4. Your booking(s) will be displayed with status, date, package, and action links.

✏️ Modify a Booking

Plans changed? No problem! You can update your date or group size as long as it's within the allowed modification window.

1. Click the modification link in your confirmation email, or find your booking via Booking Lookup.
2. The modification page shows your current booking details.
3. Select a new date from the available options.
4. Adjust your group size if needed.
5. Review the updated price breakdown. If the new total is different:
   • If you've already paid more than the new total, your balance will be adjusted.
   • If the new total is higher, a balance due will be shown.
6. Click Confirm Changes.

After modification, you'll receive an updated confirmation email with the new details.

We understand — sometimes plans change. Online self-cancellation is not available, but we're here to help.

👤 Create an Account

Setting up an account takes just a moment and makes it easy to manage all your bookings, sign waivers, and keep everything organised in one place.

1. Go to Register (or click "Sign In" → "Create Account").
2. Enter your first name, last name, email, and phone.
3. Choose a password and confirm it.
4. Click Create Account.
5. You'll be logged in automatically and redirected to your dashboard.

🔑 Login & Password Reset

Logging In

1. Go to Sign In.
2. Enter your email and password.
3. Click Sign In.

Forgot Your Password?

1. On the login page, click "Forgot password?".
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Click Reset Password.
4. Check your email for a password reset link (check spam/junk if you don't see it).
5. Click the link, enter your new password twice, and click Confirm.
6. You can now log in with your new password.

📊 Your Dashboard

Your personal booking hub! Access your dashboard at My Bookings (requires login).

What You'll See

• Upcoming Adventures — Tours you have booked (confirmed or pending). Each shows the experience, date, group size, status, and payment details.
• Past Tours — Completed adventures, cancelled bookings, and past trips.

From your dashboard you can quickly view details, download receipts, and leave reviews for past tours.

📝 Signing Waivers

For your safety and peace of mind, some experiences require a liability waiver. The great news? You can sign online from anywhere — no paperwork at the dock!

1. After booking, visit the waiver signing page (linked from your confirmation page or email).
2. You'll see each required waiver document with the full text.
3. Read the waiver carefully.
4. Type your full legal name in the signature field.
5. Click "I Agree & Sign".
6. If multiple waivers are required, repeat for each one.
7. Once all waivers are signed, you'll see a success message and a link back to your confirmation.

🛟 Arrival & Check-In

Tour day is almost here! Before you head to the dock, make sure your booking shows the correct names for every guest in your group and that any required waivers are signed.

1. Open your confirmation page and review the Guest Roster.
2. Replace any placeholder names (for example, Adult 2 or Child 1) with the real full names for your group.
3. Sign any required waivers before you arrive if possible.
4. At the dock, staff will look up your booking on the manifest and confirm check-in for each person in your party.

📅 Add Tour to Your Calendar

Don't let the excitement make you forget the date! Add your whale swim directly to your calendar so it's always front of mind.

Google Calendar

1. On your confirmation page, click the "Add to Google Calendar" link.
2. Google Calendar will open with the event pre-filled (tour name, date, time, location).
3. Click Save in Google Calendar.

Apple / Outlook Calendar (iCal)

1. On your confirmation page or booking email, click "Download .ics".
2. On Apple devices, Safari or Mail may open Calendar directly or download the .ics file first.
3. If a file downloads, open it in Calendar and confirm the import.

🐋 What to Expect on Your Tour

Every Berakhah Ocean Adventures experience is designed to bring you closer to Tonga's magnificent humpback whales. Here's what each package offers and what makes your day truly special.

Full-Day (Up to 7.0 hours)

Full experience with lunch provided, snorkeling included. Encounter the gentle giants of the ocean on our flagship tour.

Includes: Boat ride, guide, snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, fins), wetsuit (if needed), safety briefing, light snacks & water and lunch. Additional time to search and multiple swim chances.

Highlights: More flexibility, better chance of multiple encounters, a relaxed lunch break, possibly other marine sightings.

Half-Day (Up to 4.0 hours)

Morning or afternoon trip including snacks & drinks. A perfect introduction to Tonga's humpback whales.

Includes: Boat ride, guide, snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, fins), wetsuit (if needed), safety briefing, light snacks & water.

Highlights: You'll cruise out, search for whales, and have 1 or 2 swim opportunities (depending on whale behavior). Return by midday or early afternoon.

Private (Up to 6.0 hours)

Customizable for small groups or special occasions. Exclusive use of vessel and guide with a tailored schedule.

Includes: All gear, guiding, exclusive use of vessel & guide, and a tailored schedule.

Highlights: Great for groups, couples, or those wanting a more intimate experience.

Full-Day (Up to 7.0 hours)

A full day exploring the stunning island landscapes and snorkelling in crystal-clear waters around Tonga's outer islands.

Includes: Boat ride, guide, snorkelling gear (mask, snorkel, fins), wetsuit (if needed), safety briefing, light snacks, water & lunch.

Highlights: Multiple snorkelling stops, vibrant coral reefs, tropical fish, island exploration and a relaxed lunch break on the water.

Half-Day (Up to 4.0 hours)

A morning or afternoon island hopping and snorkelling trip. Perfect for a taste of Tonga's underwater world.

Includes: Boat ride, guide, snorkelling gear (mask, snorkel, fins), wetsuit (if needed), safety briefing, light snacks & water.

Highlights: Snorkelling at 1–2 reef sites, island scenery, and a relaxed return by midday or early afternoon.

Private (Up to 7.0 hours)

Exclusive use of vessel and guide for your group. Choose your own islands and snorkelling spots.

Includes: All gear, guiding, exclusive vessel & guide, tailored itinerary, snacks, water & lunch.

Highlights: Total flexibility — visit the spots you want, linger where you love, and enjoy a fully private Tonga experience.

Book early to secure your preferred date, especially during peak months (August–September).

⏳ Join the Waitlist

Heart set on a date that's already full? Don't worry — join the waitlist and we'll let you know the moment a spot opens up.

1. When selecting a date, if all spots are taken you'll see a "Join Waitlist" option.
2. Enter your name, email, phone, and the number of guests you need.
3. Click Join Waitlist.
4. You'll receive a confirmation that you've been added.
5. If a spot becomes available, you'll be notified by email.
